I’m Talula, a creative professional based in Oxford and Bristol. I specialise in image-making, drawing on my experience as a photographer, model, and stylist. Depending on the needs of each project, I combine these practices to build confidence in clients and create images that invite reflection.

My work centres on capturing people and their passions — from the energy of live gigs and the atmosphere of events to the quiet confidence of portrait sessions. Having experience both behind and in front of the camera allows me to create a comfortable, collaborative environment where genuine expression can unfold naturally.

I’m drawn to honest moments, natural movement, and storytelling through light and emotion. Creativity has always shaped my practice — spanning collage, illustration, writing, and music — with photography becoming the place where these influences come together. Today, I work with individuals, artists, businesses and charities, as well as, university communities to create imagery that feels authentic, expressive, and full of character.

​Photography
My photography practice is grounded in adaptability and responsiveness to environment. I work confidently in low-light conditions and fast-paced settings, with experience across live gigs, events, street photography, and portrait sessions. I am comfortable creating DIY studio setups when needed and focus on capturing images that feel natural, characterful, and emotionally grounded. I adapt to the energy and atmosphere of each space to produce imagery that feels authentic and expressive.
Modelling
I have worked as a model since 2022, collaborating on fashion shows, editorial projects, and campaigns. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how to communicate designers’ visions while bringing my own alternative perspective to a shoot. Working closely with photographers, stylists, and creative teams has given me valuable insight into what makes an image successful, both technically and emotionally.
Styling
Styling has been a significant part of my creative career. Since 2022, I have worked as a styling and sales consultant within vintage and costume fashion. My knowledge of fashion history, visual communication, and garment context allows me to advise confidently on curated looks and finishing details. This has earned trust from collaborators when shaping the visual direction of fashion shoots and creative projects.
